In 2013, I discovered a website called Spoonflower. I was fascinated. I could design fabric and purchase as little as one yard. Since then, I've designed over 500 patterns. Inspiration for these comes from Tahiti, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Positano, New Zealand, baseball, my son's dog, my sister's wine refrigerator, and a handbag made from perforated leather.
